If you would like to reserve a puppy from me, please e-mail me with a completed copy of the SCREENING FORM which can be found on my puppy page. This is the first step in my selection process. Why a screening form? Because it helps me to place you with a pup that fits your life-style. The right pup in the right home is always my #1 priority .

I require a 300$ deposit to reserve a puppy. Most times I have a waiting list and I will accept deposits early for most litters. Please note: this is on a first come, first serve basis"
(I match the puppies to their new owners baised on the individual personalities and energy level of the puppy compaired to the individual needs and lifestyle of the owners, which I gather from the screening form)I do my best to match the best puppy to the best home

I do not refund deposits for any reason, unless specificially stated, but I can transfer deposits to another litter if needed but entirly at my discression.

I do ship worldwide. Shipping costs vary within the USA. Shipping an 8-10 week old pup is usually costs between $350 and 450$ (this price does include the cost of a crate and the vet's bill of health to fly)

I will crop the puppy's ears, but only when absolutely necessary (this is because most vets do not like to re-tape a puppies ears who have been cropped by a different vet) the cost will be 350$ if done by 8 weeks but may go up depending on the weight and number of re-tapes the pup has while with me. I may also be able to refer you to a Vet in your area that does Great Danes croppings, and I will help you with all questions and potential problems that you might encounter when taping your puppies ears.

Puppy Contract

I (the puppy owner) am buying this puppy with the understanding that it is an exotic breed inside dog._________________________.

I (the puppy owner) will house the puppy inside during all extreme temperatures ranges(below 50 and above 85), and never under any circumstances will I chained or tie the puppy up._______________________________

I (the puppy owner) agree that if I am unable to keep the puppy at any time during its life, the breeder (Ann L Simpson) will be informed. ___________________________

I (the puppy owner) understands that the breeder will accept the return of the puppy with all costs of return going to me, and that if I wish to re-sell the puppy then the breeder must approve of the new home before the puppy changes ownership.__________________________

I (the puppy owner) understands that if the puppy ever changes ownership this contract must be re-signed with the new puppy owner._______________________

I (the puppy owner) will spay/neutered the puppy by 6-8 months of age if sold with a limited registration. ______________________

I (the puppy owner) understands that limited registration papers will not be sent until a certificate of spaying/neutering of the puppy is received by the breeder.___________________________

I (the puppy owner) understands that if a limited registration puppy is bred either accidentally or on purpose, a termination of the pregnancy will be required and if puppies are born out of said breeding, then a 500$ fine will be collected by the breeder, for each puppy born.___________________________

If you (the puppy owner) purchases a limited registration puppy, but would like to show or breed in the future, then I (the breeder) will re-evaluate the quality of said dog, and if it is of show quality then I (the breeder) will re-register said dog under a full registration.

I (the puppy owner) understands that re-registering the puppy will cost an additional 500-1500$ to be paid to the breeder.___________________

I (the puppy owner) will feed the puppy a high quality dog food through out it's life with no less than 20% protein and no more than 30% protein, or is to be fed the raw diet.________________________

I (the puppy owner) agrees to send pictures of the developing puppy at least every 3 months until the puppy is 1 year of age and every 6 months until the puppy is 2 years of age, and yearly for the life of the puppy after that.______________________

I want you to be happy with your puppy. I would like to see that you and your companion live many happy years together. Please stay in contact with me, as I will maintain contact with you.

I (the puppy owner) understands that if any of these requirements are broken a 1500$ fine is to be payed to the breeder as well as possible repossession of the puppy sold._____________________________

I (the puppy owner) understands that the repossession of said puppy due to a breach in this contract is entirely up to the breeder.______________________
